H.B. 365, a law that would make it mandatory for all tattoo and body piercers to have proper training, malpractice and a course in sterilization and blood born pathogens did NOT go into law in May 2006.

This means that it is NOT required in Delaware to have ANY training in tattooing, body piercing, malpractice insurance, or knowledge of sterilization and disease control to perform body art — putting your health at risk!
